TRYOUT INFORMATION

SHAHA Tryouts

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Important Tryout Information for Participants

• Tryout Schedule: You will not receive email reminders for each session unless something changes. Please check your schedule and arrive at the rink on time, ready to go.
• Goalie Attendance: Goalies must attend both the designated goalie sessions and all tryout sessions for their registered age/level.
• Schedule & Assignments: Groupings, schedules, and jersey assignments will be posted on our website.
• Closed Tryouts: To ensure focus, tryouts for 10U and older are closed to everyone except players and evaluators. LiveBarn will not be available.
• Bib Numbers: Each player will receive one bib number for the entire tryout process. Do not discard it, as it is essential for evaluations and team placement. Girls' team participants will receive separate bibs.
• Practice Jerseys: Bring both a dark and light practice jersey to every session.
• AAA/AA/BY/Red Mite Tryouts: Participation in all AAA, AA, and BY tryout sessions is not guaranteed; players may be reassigned based on evaluations.
• USA Hockey Registration: Before accepting a SHAHA roster spot (after tryouts), players must register for the 2025-26 season with USA Hockey.
