  • actively participate in all scheduled Board meetings; deliver updates on your assigned tasks
  • provide planning and on-site assistance for committees and other organizational events, including but not limited to:
    • tryouts
    • playoff games hosted by SHAHA
    • organizational fundraisers like the Cash Bash
  • independently perform all duties required by your function or as assigned by the board
  • make organizational decisions that benefit the good of the entire organization and not act solely in the interest of your own son/daughter
  • be able to work with all members of the organization and other board members in a professional manner
  • act as a point of contact should any member have a comment or question, and involve other appropriate parties as needed
  • protect sensitive information obtained from the membership including personal information, player evaluation data and discipline/SafeSport matters
